Dan Bortolotti is a veteran journalist and author and also have a very popular investment blog about personal finance. The goal of the Canadian Couch Potato Podcast was to create something that added to the voice of his other written work. The show contains unique segemtns and direct engagement with the audience. Produced in collaboration with PWL Capital and Truly Social.
Noonmark
A panel-discussion program from The Alpine Review. Noonmark was designed to be a panel-discussion show that took the time to dig into topics and explore them through a variety of philosophical and ethical lenses. Despite it's open discussion, each episode was edited for clarity and pacing - perfectly reflecting the ethos of the publication.
One Degree of Separation
The original Podcast Monster show. While the content is a bit dated, the show highlights Nick's unique vision for audio production and storytelling. In addition to the unique vignettes that are interspersed throughout, each episode features an interview from an ever-widening circle of acquaintances. One day we'll back to this show. The Story Brand team came in with high expectation for their podcast and I believe that we delivered on them. This show talked with everybody from small business owners to thought leaders about how to get customers engaged in their business. Building a Story Brand consistently ranks as one of the most downloaded shows in the iTunes Business section.
The Chalene Show
Back in 2014, the podcast world was obsessed with a little show called Serial. With that in mind, Nick and NYT Best-Selling Author Chalene Johnson created a two episodes for her podcast that focused on the decision-making process on whether to continue production. The shows were unique for their time and still hold up years later.
